2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the personal data you voluntarily submit through forms on this website. This includes:

• Full name
• Email address
• Organisation name (optional)
• Any message or note you choose to provide

We also store two local preferences in your browser using localStorage (stored on your own device, never transmitted to our servers): your cookie consent choice and the date it was recorded. These contain no personal data.

3. Lawful basis for processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR:

• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where you submit a contact or enquiry form, we process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): We have a legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries from investors, partners and prospective collaborators, and in keeping a record of those interactions. We have assessed this interest against your rights and consider the processing proportionate.

4. How we use your data

Personal data submitted through any form on this website is used solely to review your enquiry, respond directly to you, and maintain a record of the interaction for future reference. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising or profiling purposes.

5. Recipients of your data

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Personal data is accessed only by authorised personnel within GTA Ltd. Where we use analytics, data is processed by the following providers acting as our processors: PostHog (hosted in the European Union) and Google LLC (which operates Google Analytics 4 and processes data in the United States). We also use Sentry (hosted in the European Union) as our processor for error monitoring; it sets no cookies and runs regardless of your cookie choice, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure and working. Further detail on these providers, the data involved and the safeguards applied to the transfer to the United States is set out in section 9 below and in our Cookie Policy.

6. Retention

We retain enquiry data for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us. After this period, the data is deleted unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data ("the right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Request restriction of processing
• Data portability where processing is based on consent

8. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling on personal data submitted through this website.

9. Cookies and local storage

This website uses a cookie consent banner. Your consent choice is stored in your browser's localStorage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. For full details see our Cookie Policy.

With your consent, we use two analytics providers to understand how visitors use this website and to improve it. Neither runs unless you click Accept on the cookie banner.

PostHog, hosted in the European Union, collects usage statistics such as pages visited, approximate location by country, and referral source.

Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, collects usage data (such as pages viewed, time on page, and referral source), your IP address, and device and browser information (such as browser type, operating system, screen size, and approximate location derived from your IP address). Google LLC acts as our processor for this purpose.

The lawful basis for both providers is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

International transfer: Google Analytics data is transferred to and processed by Google LLC in the United States. That transfer is made in reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, under which Google LLC is certified, and, as a further safeguard, on the International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into Google's data processing terms. A copy of those safeguards is available on request from privacy@travel-talent.com.

Retention: Google Analytics retains user and event level data for 14 months from a visitor's last activity, after which it is automatically deleted by Google. Aggregated, non-identifying reporting statistics may be retained for longer.

Withdrawing consent and opting out: you can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your choice in the cookie banner or by clearing your browser's local storage, after which no further analytics will run. You may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available from Google, which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data across all websites you visit. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL with the date of last update shown at the top of this page.
